We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require a 48-hour cancellation notification to change or cancel an existing appointment. Appointments not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours will be charged up to the full amount of the service. NO-shows will be charged the full amount. If there is an unforseen emergency, the fee may be applied towards another appontment within 10 days subject to availability. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled. A $50 charge will be applied to your credit card for a late cancellation or no-show to any free consultation service.

Timelines for services are determined based on careful assessment of each individual clients needs.
Due to the inherent nature of services, it is important to understand that the timing provided is approximate and subject to reasonable variations.
